ManyChat is an Official Meta Business Partner and TikTok partner, and its flow builder handles long branching conversations, tags and broadcasts across channels. Its $39 tier adds an AI suite plus Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign.

That breadth is the product. If your sales conversations already run across several apps from one inbox, ManyChat earns its per-contact price. Teams that broadcast to an existing subscriber list, run Messenger support or sell through WhatsApp get real value from having all of it in one place.

ReplyMagnet is built for one job: a keyword comment gets a public reply and a DM with your resource, and the lead lands in your list. It runs on the official Instagram API under Meta App Review approval from August 2026, so there is no password sharing and no browser extension. One matching comment uses one engagement for both the reply and the DM, and every campaign in a workspace draws on the same monthly allowance.

If a post outruns your allowance, nothing is lost and nothing extra is billed: requests wait in the queue and release oldest-first when you upgrade or the month resets, as long as Meta's 7-day comment reply window is still open.

LinkDM is the other Instagram-first option. Comment auto-reply starts at $19 a month, with Kit and Flodesk routing; its free tier does not include comment auto-reply.

Compared at the price where comment-to-DM with email capture actually works. ManyChat bills by the active contact, so the same campaign costs more each month it reaches more people; ReplyMagnet's price only changes when you choose a bigger plan. • Maya, one PDF practice sheet. 80 people, one request each. Over ManyChat's 25-contact free cap, so $17. On ReplyMagnet it fits Starter at $0.
• Alex, a free lesson on a course site. 180 people make 240 requests. ManyChat's $17 tier covers 180 contacts. Delivering your own link needs ReplyMagnet's $9 plan, which covers 25,000 engagements.
• Jordan, newsletter, templates and a workshop. 650 people make 1,300 requests across three offers, with Mailchimp sync. ManyChat needs $39 for the sync. ReplyMagnet's $9 plan has unlimited live campaigns and Mailchimp or Kit sync.

A working multichannel setup is expensive to rebuild, and ReplyMagnet does not replace those channels. Move only the Instagram resource campaigns if that is where the bill hurts.

1. Write down the current keyword, post, reply, DM, resource and capture fields.
2. Connect your Instagram account to ReplyMagnet on the free plan and rebuild that one campaign.
3. Test from a second Instagram account on a phone, including an unrelated comment that should not match.
4. Turn off the ManyChat automation for that keyword. Two live automations on one keyword race each other.
5. Run one full post cycle, then compare completed deliveries and usable leads before moving the next campaign.
