Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and payments are handled by Paddle. Start free, no card needed.

One engagement is one matched comment: the public reply and the DM together count once. Followers, raw comments and stored contacts are never billed.

The free plan is the full product at a smaller allowance, not a demo. On every plan you get:

• Comment-to-DM on Instagram and Facebook Pages. A keyword comment gets a public reply and a DM with your file or link. Delivery runs on the official Instagram API, approved in Meta App Review (August 2026).
• Email capture. Turn on the email gate and the delivery page collects the address before the file.
• A verified follow check, optional. We confirm the follow through Instagram's own API before delivery, rather than taking a tap on trust. See the follow gate.
• AI smart triggers. A plain "can I get this?" is caught even without the keyword. The free plan includes 100 checks a day and the $79 plan includes 2,000.
• The overflow queue. Comments past your allowance wait in the overflow queue instead of failing, then send when the allowance resets or you upgrade, inside Instagram's reply window.
• File hosting and tracked delivery links.

The free plan's limits are one live campaign, one account, and leads visible in the app for the last 30 days.

Each step up adds volume and one clear job. Nothing below is an add-on with its own fee.

The real difference is the billing unit. ManyChat bills per active contact each month and charges overage automatically unless you set a threshold. We bill per engagement sent, and comments past the allowance queue rather than raise the bill. Real monthly prices throughout. Say one reel takes off and 4,000 different people comment GUIDE over the month.

1. On the free plan, the first 1,000 get their reply and DM straight away. The other 3,000 wait in the overflow queue. Upgrading releases them, oldest first, as long as Instagram's reply window is still open.
2. On the $9 plan, all 4,000 are delivered and 21,000 engagements remain for the rest of the month. The bill is $9.
3. On ManyChat, the same 4,000 people are 4,000 active contacts that month. Every contact past your tier's included count is billed at $0.05 on the $39 tier, so the invoice grows with each new commenter.

The rule of thumb: count the comments you expect to answer in your best month, not your average one. If that number is under 25,000, $9 covers it.

• Free ($0) if you are testing one lead magnet on one post and want to see real leads before paying.
• $9 a month if you run more than one campaign or expect more than 1,000 comments in a month. The plan also adds Mailchimp and Kit sync, CSV export and phone capture.
• $29 a month if you send leads to Zapier, Make or your own system, want delivery pages without our branding, or run up to 3 accounts.
• $79 a month if you manage up to 10 client or brand accounts from one workspace.

Account slots are shared across Instagram and Facebook Pages in one workspace, and every campaign in the workspace draws on the same monthly allowance. A Facebook Page and an Instagram account therefore take two slots, which is why running both starts at the $29 plan.

• The trial runs the paid features on 1,000 engagements, the same allowance as the free plan, so nothing stops when it ends.
• Upgrading takes effect straight away and releases anything waiting in the overflow queue.
• Monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is $90, $290 or $790, about two months free.
• Cancelling is one click in Settings. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. Your leads are kept; the free plan shows the last 30 days in the app.
